Permanent Mart showrooms must be completely set-up and open for Pre-Market.

Pre-Market is ONLY for participating WESA Exhibitors who are in permanent Mart showrooms.

No appointments or buyers are allowed in any temporary exhibit area on pre-market days.

General Membershp Meeting: 



Exhibitor Badges must be picked up at WESA Show Office in Expo Lobby.
**A sales rep who covers Rocky Mountain States and works this Market must be a Member of WESA and pay the Member/Exhibitor fees. “Rocky Mountain States” include CO, KS, MT, NE, NM, ND, SD, UT and WY.
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to order and pay for and/or inform all attendees of the badge fees.
Cash, check or credit cards are accepted in advance and on-site. There will be a $3.00 processing fee on each item included in on-site credit card transactions.


A contract must be submitted by all Members planning to participate in the market, even if you are a permanent tenant or showing with another Member. Members exhibiting together must represent the same company.


Non-exhibiting Suppliers (those who are selling to WESA Exhibitors) must pay an entrance fee. Exhibitor is responsible for appropriate fee for a Supplier(s) working in/from an assigned exhibit space.

Parking Procedures: 

Unattended trailers and rigs must park in the East Parking Lot (See diagram).

Rigs may be moved back to the Mart Complex lots after 4:00 pm on Sunday, to stage for move-out. Move-out starts Monday, 3:00pm

Unattended trailers and rigs will be towed, at Exhibitors expense, from all Mart Complex lots on Thursday night after move-in is completed, 7:00pm

Payment Information: 
CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENTS MADE IN ADVANCE AND ON-SITE. There will be a $3.00 processing fee on each item included on-site transactions.$25 charge for returned checks. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

To ship cost-effectively, read and complete the enclosed Material Handling Rate Schedule and Order Form.

**To receive your shipments, be sure to indicate a Building (Pavilion, Expo or Mart) and the exhibit space number.

UPS and FED EX shipping stations are located on the Mart Dock. USPS shipping station located near the Mart mailboxes.


Fluorescent lighting is provided. Advance order form for additional lighting is available under Downloads.


Advance order forms included with the Exhibitor Contract. Services are available during Exhibitor check-in for an additiona $25.00 charge. There will be a $3.00 processing fee on all credit card transactions.

Move-out for Temporary & Permanent Exhibitors

Monday, January 14, 2018, 3:00-9:00pm

All samples and exhibits, including Innovation Stations must remain in place until the 3:00 pm official close of the Market.

A $1,000 penalty will be enforced for packing, removing samples or dismantling displays early.

Temporary room keys must be returned to Show Office.

All samples and exhibits must remain in place until the 3:00pm official close of the Market.

A $1,000 penalty will be enforced for EXHIBITORS packing, removing samples or dismantling display early.

Participating permanent tenants MUST comply.

Space Assignment for Temporary Exhibitors: 

Space assignment notification will be sent out by November 1, 2018.  Notifications will be mailed and emailed.

Display Set Up for Temporary Exhibitors: 

Displays ONLY may be constructed in all buildings on Tuesday, January 8, 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Please note there are no services offered on this day.  Brede Decorating, Denver Mart or the WESA Show Office will not have staff available to provide equipment, badges or to assist you with move-in.


Keys for temporary rooms may be picked up during Exhibitor Check-in in the Expo Lobby. (See check-in information on this form for hours.) 

WESA does NOT have keys for permanent Mart showrooms.


Signs are placed for Exhibitors prior to the opening hour of the Market.

Signage & Display Guidelines: 

For both safety and uniformity, exhibit booth signage may extend only an additional six (6’) feet above the eight (8’) foot drape height of an exhibit space. All signage above eight (8’) feet must be single-sided, with high-quality graphics or text facing only the front side of the booth. Front side graphics may contain only Company logo and/or Company name. Only company lines or names listed in the Market Directory or Supplement can be displayed. All graphics above eight (8’) feet must be approved by the WESA office at least thirty (30) days prior to Market. Back sides of signs above eight (8’) feet must be blank and finished, along with the sides and edges; no advertisement for sales, show specials or similar are allowed. Signs must not affect the structural integrity of an exhibit space or of any adjacent exhibit spaces. See rule #14. The penalty for this rule infraction is automatic and is $500, minimum.
