Merchandise tables, garment panels and fencing to advertise and display your product in an interesting eye catching venue. These displays are for PRODUCT ONLY. Provided structure to display product may have your Company name and logo only. No other signage or marketing materials (i.e., easel signs, posters, banners, POP picture boards, catalogs, brochures, coupons or the like) are allowed and such will be removed by WESA. Standard business cards are acceptable and holders will be provided by WESA.

Space is limited, WESA reserves the right to limit entries on a first come, first received basis. Money will be refunded if space is not available. You will be notified after the September 16th deadline if you received a table.
Location will be assigned on a first-come, first received basis, based on the date the Exhibitor Contract, Innovation Station Contract and Payment are received. Innovation Station tables are located in the Plaza and the Expo Connector. The number of tables is limited.
The location, display and placement of merchandise will be at the discretion of WESA. Merchandise must be received by 4:00 pm Thursday, January 9, or your station will be forfeited and a “wait list” Exhibitor will be contacted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Stations are not secured. While there will be “roaming” security, we cannot assure merchandise safety. Jewelry cases or other security display items are recommended.

All merchandise not claimed within 30 days of the last day of Market will be donated to a charity of WESA’s choice.
Removing of any merchandise before 3:00 pm Monday, January 13, will result in an automatic $300 fine. This penalty is strictly enforced and photos are used to document violations.
