Exhibitor Badges must be picked up at the WESA Show Office in the Expo Lobby. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to order and pay for and/or inform all attendees of the badge fees.

All Exhibitors, permanent and temporary, must check-in and attend Market to receive a seniority point for the Market and to pick up badges and Expo Room Keys. WESA does not have keys for permanent Mart Showrooms.

EXHIBITOR CONTRACTS

An Exhibitor contract must be submitted by all Members planning to participate in the Market, even if the Member is a permanent tenant or showing with another Exhibitor. Exhibitors exhibiting together must represent the same company.

DISPLAY SETUP FOR TEMPORARY EXHIBITORS

Tuesday, January 7, 10:00am-5:00pm. Only displays may be constructed in the Expo, Mart Annex, Mart Booth and Pavilion buildings. No WESA, Mart or Brede staff will be available on Tuesday to provide services for set-up.

FRAUDULENT REGISTRATION

Misrepresentation of status by any attendee will because for removal from show premises. Only registered Exhibitors, Executives, Associates, Personnel, Suppliers and Buyers will be permitted to enter the Market and must pay the appropriate fees. NO GUESTS ARE PERMITTED

All samples and exhibits, including Innovation Stations, must remain in place until the 3:00 pm official close of the Market. A $1,000 penalty will be enforced for packing,removing samples, dismantling displays or early closing. Participating permanent tenants must comply.

TRAILERS / PARKING

Unattended trailers and rigs must park in the East Parking Lot. Rigs may be moved back to the Mart Complex lots after 4:00 pm on Sunday, to stage for Move-Out. Move-Outstarts Monday, 3:00 pm. Unattended trailers and rigs will be towed from all Mart Complex lots on Thursday night after Move-In is completed, 7:00 pm. A time limit for parked vehicles on all docks will be strictly enforced.

PAYMENT

CASH, CHECKSOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENTS BOTH IN ADVANCE AND ON-SITE. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. $25 charge for returned checks. There will be a $3.00 processing fee on each item for on-site credit card transactions.

PRE-MARKET DAY

Thursday, January 9, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Permanent Mart showrooms MUST be completely set-up and open for Pre-Market. Pre-Market is ONLY for participating Exhibitors in permanent Mart showrooms. No appointments or buyers are allowed in any temporary exhibit area on Pre-Market Day.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

DENVER MART IS THE OFFICIAL FREIGHT CARRIER FOR THE WESA MARKETS. DM contact: 303-292-6278 or accountingdept@denvermart.com. This means drayage charges for freight shipped to the Market. To ship cost-effectively,read and complete the enclosed Material Handling Rate Schedule and Order Form. **To receive your shipments, be sure to indicate a Building (Pavilion, Expo or Mart) and the exhibit space number.

SIGNAGE

Advance-ordered signs are placed for each exhibit space prior to opening hour of Market. Custom signs are available from Brede Exposition Services, 303-399-8600.

SIGNAGE & DISPLAY GUIDELINES

For both safety and uniformity, exhibit booth signage may extend only an additional six (6’)feet above the eight(8’) foot drape height of an exhibit space. All signage above eight(8’) feet must be single-sided, with high-quality graphics or text facing only the front side of the booth. Front side graphics may contain only Company logo and/or Company name. Only company lines or names listed in the Market Directory or Supplement can be displayed. All graphics above eight(8’) feet must be approved by the WESA office at least thirty (30) days prior to Market. Back sides of signs above eight(8’) feet must be blank and finished, along with the sides and edges; no advertisement for sales, show specials or similar are allowed. Signs must not affect the structural integrity of an exhibit space or of any adjacent exhibit spaces. See rule #14. The penalty for this rule infraction is automatic and is $500, minimum.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT FOR TEMPORARY EXHIBITORS

Space assignment notification will be sent out by November 1, 2019. Notifications will be mailed and emailed.

SUPPLIERS

Non-exhibiting Suppliers ( those who are selling to WESA Exhibitors )must pay an entrance fee.
