All Exhibitors, permanent and temporary, must check-in and attend the Trade Show to receive a seniority point for the Trade Show and to pick up badges. WESA does not have keys for permanent showrooms.
EXHIBITOR CONTRACTS
An Exhibitor Contract must be submitted by all Members planning to participate in the Trade Show, even if a Member is a permanent tenant or showing with another Exhibitor. Exhibitors exhibiting together must represent the same company.

PRE-TRADE SHOW DAY

Permanent DMC showrooms MUST be completely set-up and open for Pre-Trade Show. Pre-Trade Show is ONLY for Exhibitors in permanent showrooms. No appointments or buyers are allowed in the temporary exhibit area on Pre-Trade Show Day.

SIGNAGE
Advance-order signs are placed for each exhibit space prior to opening hour of the Trade Show. Custom signs are available through GES.
SIGNAGE & DISPLAY GUIDELINES
For both safety and uniformity, exhibit booth signage may extend only an additional six (6’)feet above the eight(8’) foot drape height of an exhibit space. All signage above eight(8’) feet must be single-sided, with high-quality graphics or text facing only the front side of the booth. Front side graphics may contain only Company logo and/or Company name. Only company lines or names listed in the Market Directory or Supplement can be displayed. All graphics above eight(8’) feet must be approved by the WESA office at least thirty (30) days prior to Market. Back sides of signs above eight(8’) feet must be blank and finished, along with the sides and edges; no advertisement for sales, show specials or similar are allowed. Signs must not affect the structural integrity of an exhibit space or of any adjacent exhibit spaces. See rule #14. The penalty for this rule infraction is automatic and is $500, minimum.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT FOR TEMPORARY EXHIBITORS
Space assignment notification will be sent out by November 1, 2020. Notifications will be mailed and emailed.
SUPPLIERS
Non-exhibiting Suppliers (those who are selling to WESA Exhibitors) must pay an entrance fee.
