Cancellations require written notice, with refunds issued minus any costs incurred, and all sponsors must be a contracted WESA exhibitor or approved partner.

Exhibitor’s Responsibilities: Provide giveaways and mail to WESA no later than 8/8/25, provide high-resolution logos and branding assets, other responsibilities (if applicable) listed in sponsorship summary.
