Sponsorships are confirmed with full payment on a first-come, first-served basis, with co-sponsorships available upon WESA approval. Exhibitors must manage logistics, submit required materials by deadlines, and adhere to WESA’s standards, including Levy’s exclusive catering policy. Cancellations require written notice, with refunds issued minus any costs incurred, and all sponsors must be a contracted WESA exhibitor or approved partner.

Exhibitor’s Responsibilities: Provide giveaways and mail to WESA no later than 1-16-2026, provide high-resolution logos and branding assets, other responsibilities (if applicable) listed in sponsorship summary.
