READ CAREFULLY: By submitting this Advertising Contract, you have agreed to the following:
- Ad Contract and payment must be received by the above mentioned deadline in order to reserve ad space.
- No refund for ads not received by the above mentioned copy deadline.
- All prices are net amounts to WESA.
- No commissions or positioning of ads.
- WESA reserves the right to decide what to publish.

ALL ADS must be provided in digital formats and uploaded to: wesatradeshow.com/node/add/directory-art or emailed to: ads@wesatradeshow.com. Preferred digital formats include Press Quality PDF files (hi-resolution), Adobe InDesign files, Quark XPress files, Adobe Illustrator files (300 dpi or greater) and any supporting graphics files and fonts. ANY FORMAT USED MUST BE CONVERTED TO A PRESS QUALITY PDF FILE FOR PROOFING.
By submitting this Advertising Contract, the advertising Company or Companies represents and warrants that its advertising is original, except for material in the public domain and such excerpts from other materials as may be included with the written permission of the copyright or trademark owners; that the advertising does not contain any libelous or obscene material; that the advertising does not infringe any trademarks or copyright; and that the advertising does not invade or violate any right of privacy, personal or proprietary right, or other common law or statutory right. The undersigned shall indemnify WESA and hold WESA, its Directors, Officers, Agents, Employees and Members harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, charges, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach of this representation and warranty.
