Exhibitor Information Download: 

Exhibitor Badges must be picked up at the WESA Show Office in the Pavilion Lobby..
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to order and pay for and/or inform all attendees of the badge fees.

Cash, check or credit cards are accepted on-site. The will be a $3.00 processing fee for each item included in on-site credit card transactions.


A contract must be submitted by all members planning to participate in the market, even if you are a permanent tenant or showing with another member. Members exhibiting together must represent the same company.


Suppliers (those who are selling to WESA Exhibitors) must pay an entrance fee of at least $250.

Parking Procedures: 

Unattended trailers and rigs must park in the East Parking Lot (See diagram).

Rigs may be moved back to the Mart Complex lots after 4:00 pm on Friday, to stage for move-out. Move-out starts Friday, 5:00 pm.

Unattended trailers and rigs will be towed, at Exhibitors Expense, from all Mart Complex lots on Tuesday night after move-in is completed, 6:00 pm.

Payment Information: 
CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT BOTH IN ADVANCE AND ON-SITE. $25 charge for returned checks or declined credit cards. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. There will be a $3.00 processing fee for each item included in on-site credit card transactions.
Penalty Examples for Rules Violations: 

$300.00 . . . . Misrepresentation of status for badge
$300.00 . . . . Failure to complete temporary exhibit space set-up by 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19
$300.00 . . . . Failure to comply with published Market hours
$300.00 . . . . Samples leaving the show floor or Innovation Stations prior to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21
$500.00 . . . . Failure to adhere to display and signage restrictions
$425.00 . . . . Failure to have a Member present in the temporary exhibit space during Market hours
$5000.00 . . . . Plus loss of exhibit space for two consecutive Markets...Subletting
$2175.00 . . . . Failure to open your listed exhibit space during the entire Market

**To receive your shipments, be sure to indicate a Building (Pavilion, Expo or Mart) and the exhibit space number.

Move-in for Temporary & Permanent Exhibitors

All exhibits must be set up by 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19.

Buildings will open at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19

Move-out for Temporary & Permanent Exhibitors

All samples and exhibits must remain in place until the 5:00 p.m. official close of the Market.

A $1,000 penalty + loss of space will be enforced for EXHIBITORS packing, removing samples or dismantling display early.

Space Assignment for Temporary Exhibitors: 

Space assignment notification will be e-mailed and/or mailed by April 30, 2019. Temporary exhibit space located in Pavilion Building..


Advance-ordered Signs are placed for each exhibit space prior to opening hour of Market. Custom signs are available from Brede Exposition Services 303-399-8600.

Signage & Display Guidelines: 

For both safety and uniformity, exhibit booth signage may extend only an additional two (2’) feet above the eight (8’) foot drape height GUIDELINES of an exhibit space. All signage above eight (8’) feet must be single-sided, with high-quality graphics or text facing only the front side of the booth. Frontside graphics may contain only Company logo or Company name; all graphics above eight (8’) feet must be approved by the WESA office thirty (30) days prior to Market. Backside of signage must be blank, with a clean and finished side and edges; no advertisement for sales, show specials or similar are allowed. Signage must not affect the structural integrity of an exhibit space or of adjacent exhibit spaces.

Penalty for rule infraction is automatic and is $500, minimum.
