Pre Market Day: 

Thursday, January 9, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Permanent Mart showrooms must be completely set-up and open for Pre-Market.

Pre-Market is ONLY for participating WESA exhibitors who are in permanent Mart showrooms.

No appointments or Buyers are allowed in any temporary exhibit area on Pre-Market days.

Policies
Badges: 

Exhibitor Badges must be picked up at WESA show office in Expo Lobby.


**A sales rep who covers Rocky Mountain States and works this market must be a Member of WESA and pay the Member/Exhibitor fees. “Rocky Mountain States” include CO, KS, MT, NE, NM, ND, SD, UT and WY.


It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to order and pay for and/or inform all attendees of the badge fees.


Cash, check or credit cards are accepted on-site.  There will be a $3.00 processing fee for each item included in on-site credit card transactions.

Contracts: 

A contract must be submitted by all Members planning to participate in the Market, even if you are a permanent tenant or showing with another Member. Members exhibiting together must represent the same company.

Suppliers: 

Non-exhibiting Suppliers/Manufacturers (those who are selling to WESA exhibitors) must pay an entrance fee.

Parking Procedures: 

Unattended trailers and rigs must park in the East Parking Lot.

Rigs may be moved back to the Mart Complex lots after 4:00 pm on Sunday, to stage for move-out. Move-out starts Monday, 3:00 pm.

Unattended trailers and rigs will be towed, at Exhibitors expense, from all Mart Complex lots on Thursday night after move-in is completed, 7:00 pm.

Payment Information: 
CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENTS MADE IN ADVANCE OR ON-SITE. THERE WILL BE A $3.00 PROCESSING FREE FOR EACH ON-SITE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. $25 charge for returned checks.

To ship cost-effectively, read and complete the enclosed Material Handling Rate Schedule and Order Form.

**To receive your shipments, be sure to indicate a Building (Pavilion, Expo or Mart) and the exhibit space number.

Fluorescent lighting is provided. Advance order form for additional lighting is included here.

Equipment: 

Advance order forms enclosed. Services are available during Exhibitor check-in for an additional charge.

Move-in for Temporary & Permanent Exhibitors

All exhibits must be set up by 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 9.

Buildings will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, January 10

Market opens at 8:30 a.m.  Be Ready!

Move-out for Temporary & Permanent Exhibitors

Monday, January 13, 2020, 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

All samples and exhibits must remain in place until the 3:00 p.m. official close of the Market.

A $1,000 penalty + loss of space will be enforced for EXHIBITORS packing, removing samples or dismantling display early.

Temporary room keys must be returned to show office.

Spaces
Space Assignment for Temporary Exhibitors: 

Space assignment notification will be sent out by November 1, 2019.  Notifications will be mailed and emailed.

Display Set Up for Temporary Exhibitors: 

Displays ONLY may be constructed in all buildings on Tuesday, January 7, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 

Keys: 

Keys for temporary rooms may be picked up during exhibitor check-in in the Expo Lobby. (See check-in information on this form for hours.) 

WESA does NOT have keys for permanent Mart showrooms

Signage: 

Signs are placed for exhibitors prior to the opening hour of the Market.

Signage & Display Guidelines: 

For both safety and uniformity, exhibit booth signage may extend only an additional six (6’) feet above the eight (8’) foot drape height GUIDELINES of an exhibit space. All signage above eight (8’) feet must be single-sided, with high-quality graphics or text facing only the front side of the booth. Frontside graphics may contain only Company logo or Company name; all graphics above eight (8’) feet must be approved by the WESA office thirty (30) days prior to Market. Backside of signage must be blank, with a clean and finished side and edges; no advertisement for sales, show specials or similar are allowed. Signage must not affect the structural integrity of an exhibit space or of adjacent exhibit spaces.

Penalty for rule infraction is automatic and is $500, minimum.
